Product Warranty Terms and Conditions
Javo Technologies Pte Ltd ("we" or "us") warrants that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a Warranty Period of six (6) months to one (1) year from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period"), depending on the specific product model.
To ensure the activation of your warranty, please complete the process within 14 days from the original date of purchase. Any claims submitted after this period will be regrettably rejected.
All ToothCare+ Pro Series Toothbrush & Waterflosser units are covered by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee from the purchase date. This guarantee includes a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges and cost related to used brush head(s)/nozzle(s) due to hygiene reasons. All original accessories, including free gifts, must be returned in the original ToothCare+ box. Once we receive your return, we will process your request and notify you accordingly.
Every ToothCare+ Pro Series Toothbrush and Waterflosser sets is covered by a minimum One-Year Warranty. The warranty period starts from the date of Warranty Activation.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, we will, at our sole discretion and subject to applicable laws, repair or replace the defective product or part, without charge to you for parts or labour. Any replacement product or parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper recharging with higher voltage adapters. (Fast-charging adapters)
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair.
- Damage caused by improper storage, cuts, scratches or impact.
- Damage caused by accidents, loss, man-made or natural disaster.
- Normal wear and tear, especially on brush heads and periodic replaceable accessories.
- Consumable parts such as batteries and additional accessories included with the unit's set.
To initiate a claim under this warranty, kindly reach out to us by sending an email to warranty@toothcareplus.com.sg within the Warranty Period and include the proof of purchase. You can expect a response within seven (7) working days after we receive your request. Please ensure to check your spam/junk mailbox in case our reply is automatically filtered.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the defective product or part to us. We will cover the cost of shipping for the repaired or replaced product or part back to be send back to you. Please be aware that we will inspect the returned product upon receipt to ensure it complies with the warranty terms. It's important to note that only one (1) replacement is allowed within the Warranty Period.
In the event that products or spare parts are not available for replacements during the warranty period, ToothCare+ will offer replacements of equal or higher value or will be offered compensation in the form of ToothCare+ shopping credits.
This warranty supersedes all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Please be aware that some states or jurisdictions may not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation might not apply to you.
Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to lost profits, revenue, or damage to property or data. It's important to note that some states or jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion might not apply to you.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also possess additional rights that vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
